Hana is a great trainer, able to adapt the workout to my needs as a triathlete and work around any injury I may have.

Good location with plenty of parking. Hana, the Director, is very sensitive to an individuals specific needs and tailors the workout accordingly. She's helped me a lot with my neck and back pain. The studio is well equipped and clean. Semi-private classes are small with typically 3 or 4 people so we each get corrections and advice as needed. The environment is friendly and many of Hana's clients have been coming to her for years -- yes I'm one of them.

I highly recommend Balanced Concepts Pilates Studio. I've been going regularly since February and I'm very pleased with he results. It's a very calm and supportive atmosphere and the instructors are very knowledgeable and professional.
