I had been attending Morales for over a year. The best massage therapist that was helping me with sports related pain was Stephanie. Recently I was unable to continue the Wellness Program. This allows you to receive 1 monthly massage for $32 a month. I was unable to attend due to my busy schedule and so I called to cancel. Although the person I spoke to reassured me that they would cancel the program. They continued charging me the $32 for 2 months that I was unable to attend. It was very upsetting. Make sure to not only call, but email as well to let them know you need to cancel any type of program you may commit to. The management is not very responsible (Stephanie was the only helpful staff, but she is limited to her managers decisions. She tried helping the best she could ). Will post an update once I can confirm if they can provide me a discount.

I was dissapointed with my treatment with Dr. Morales. I went twice in July, 2011 after an injury to my middle back. During my first appointment Dr. Morales didn't really listen to what my problem was. It seemed like he knew exactly what he was going to do no matter what my problem. During the first appointment his assistant gave a message that was very week, making me wonder if that really accomplished anything. He then put an electric machine on my back for 5 minutes which he says relaxes the muscles. He then gave a very typical adjustment. After the appointment he gave no explanation of what to expect other than, "You will be pain free tonight," which was not true. In order to give him a second chance, I went a second time, only to receive an even worse message, small adjustment, and and no questions about my problem. It seemed like the message was only given in order to appear like he was working harder than he really was. Also, without asking any questions, it made me wonder if he could have actually made the problem worse.
In conclusion, if what you're looking for is a typical back adjustment, you may want to consider Dr. Morales. However, know that you will not get specific treatment for your specific injury, and if you need any questions answered about your problem, you may want to try another chiropractor.
