I was introduced to the Curative Yoga studio by my dear friend, Tara. I am smiling ear to ear as I type this. I have found so much more than a physical work out.

I have always been very athletic and enjoyed many different activities, such as running, tennis, squash, roller skating and Pilates, to name just a few. I have been consistent and pretty good at majority of these.

But the Curative Yoga studio is a place like no other for me. I have found a lot of friends here. I come regularly without even giving it a second thought, this is my place with my friends where I always feel so good.

I have been practicing here for almost four years now and my friends keep telling me they see more and more definition in my muscles, I still continue developing strength and flexibility. I am very inspired by the teachers and feel supported by them in other areas of my life outside of the studio. I am happy to report that many of my bad habits such as watching Netflix while enjoying endless snacks have just evaporated from my life. I sleep like I did as a kid. :)

The studio is a teaching one, so I observe my friends going through the training and being transformed. My two dear classmates, Jenny and Catherine now lead a meditation class on Sunday evenings and I have not missed their class in over a year. I go as I observe such a difference in my daily life.

Complete strangers often tell me that they love my smile. I am so grateful to Carolina and Naader for creating this place where no matter what is going on in life, I always leave smiling.

Curative yoga and the people at the studio is my second home and family! I have learned so much about life from my guru, Naader; Carolina, my friend; teachers: Liz, Alicia, Art, Antonella, John; and my other friends! There is so much to learn if we are open and humble enough to acknowledge that! The retreats are amazing and transformational! The workshops and classes are insightful! The studio is peaceful and I feel the presence of the masters.

One of the lessons that we learn is the value of perspective and how limited we can be - in how we view things. I just saw a negative review from a person that chose not to reveal themselves. My thought on that review is I am sorry that you chose to view the teachings in a negative and skewed way, instead of realizing that it is the teacher's wish to see their students succeed and therefore, is always willing to teach and correct. You can tell if a person is doing something with mal intent or not; and I have never felt that in any of the classes. For anyone that doubts my sincerity, come and experience it yourself. I invite you.

Where can you learn about what it takes to master yourself? Where can you learn to grow and have the capacity to observe yourself?

It has now been 5 years since I started my emotional and spiritual journey at this studio. It's not just about transforming physically. It is first about transforming inside; then the rest will follow.

Namaste,
Jenny

I've tried various forms of exercise to stay in shape, but none of them offered anything more than a physical workout. The Curative Yoga series is a whole body and mind experience like no other. Not only am I hooked on Naader's Curative Yoga, but it has completely changed my life.

Since I started practicing yoga I've tried different studios, but no one has Naader's unique approach. His poses have been choreographed to flow in a way that allows maximum flexibility as well as strength. I enjoy the workout, but most importantly I love the way I feel afterwards.

All of the teachers at Curative Yoga are phenomenal so if the Curative Yoga class is not for you makes sure to try the other classes offered.

The best yoga studio I have ever attended. Naader, In particular, is amazing!

Naader is one of the best yogis in the United States. He is divinely inspired, works on body, mind and spirit. I've been going for three years - he has cured me of migraines and lower back problems that have troubled me for decades.

Regarding comments that his touching is inappropriate - that can only be coming from someone who is really hung up, and not at all in touch with his/her body.

Naader has mentored me on a life-changing spiritual path, and I cannot recommend ANYONE who gives more to his own practice and will teach you better how to develop your own.

It has been over 16 years since I've first taken classes from Nadder. His yoga classes that began up in Mt. Washington were and still are monumental in my well being regarding the severe asthma I HAD! I rarely have asthma attaches since my first few classes. If I do start wheezing I just do a 90 minute session of his original DVD and no more asthma! His teachings and how he would come by and move you into a better position was wonderful! I learned so much about my yoga poses I owe alot of my good health to him and his practice.

Thank you Nadder and your belief in yoga.
It has made my life better by far.

I may live in Arizona but your memories and how you care will always be with me.

I have been practicing yoga for 6 years with several different studios all over the area. All good in their own rite, but I always felt like something was missing. That was until I stumbled upon Yoga Kingdom one day. The first thing you see as you walk up the stairs is a sign which reads, "Welcome to your real home". Never could I have imagined in my wildest dreams just how true this would prove to be. Yoga Kingdom truly is a sanctuary, where yogis from all walks of life, can come to practice the ancient science of yoga & meditation.

Yoga Kingdom Sanctuary is definitely a hidden jewel in the city of Pasadena. Located near the busy streets of Lake and California, it is often missed or overlooked due to the surrounding beautiful trees.

The studio is not too big but still has two large rooms with plenty of space for yoga practice. It can definitely accommodate over 25 people. Trust me, I've had my foot stuck out the door one time because it was so packed! The place doesn't smell like gross body odor and they keep everything maintained to give you that comfortable homey feeling, with a nice incense aroma to keep you peaceful and calm. Some people will complain about it, but complainers will always complain. When you are at ease, there is nothing to complain about. **hint hint**

The Curative Yoga they teach is a great flow and series created by the Master Teacher, Naader Shagagi. It not only works on your physical body, but gets you to enter your mental thoughts, emotional feelings, and spirituality all at the same time. Through that, you discover that there is much more to life than just work and materials. There is much more to yourself than just a physical aging body.

For those who love to practice yoga as a means of working out to gain strength and flexibility, this place will give you that and more. You will definitely leave not only stronger, but happier.
