2/20/2020...It was my first time doing Yoga definitely out of my comfort zone and I really enjoyed it...staff is friendly and very helpful...very clean setting

Love the new classes offered in 2020! Especially Steasy Ease! Felt like a combination of Gentle Flow and Level 1. Love the idea that this class is being offered everyday, now I can attend more. Oh and Mariana (the instructor) is simply the best! 5 stars all the way!
Jovon is Phenomenal and one of the best customers we worked with, responsive, knows her work inside out, We really enjoy working with her on the website and integration projects, #1 Yoga Establishment in Downey CA.
Came here on my bday as an impulse. What a great way to begin a new year. I forgot my mat and girl at the front let me borrow one. Clean and fully propped with well versed instructors.
Worth more than I pay. I love Downey Yoga. The variety of classes offered in different time slots keeps things from getting stale and boring. The teachers have all been fantastic. This is truly a no judgement zone. The studio is kept impeccably clean and the pricing is so reasonable. There is really no reason to stay home.

I have been coming to Downey Yoga since December and really love it. The instructors are very professional and welcoming and always help you to adjust your poses in a positive way! I find its a great combination of a super workout and positive meditation. They have classes 7 days a week at different times of the day which makes attending the classes very flexible. Jovan the owner knows everyone by name and always welcomes you to class! Its been a great addition to the city!
I have been going to Downey Yoga since January and I have to say I LOVE it. I have been practicing yoga here and there for years but never found a studio that fit. I never felt that I was getting the most out of my time spent at a studio and felt some what lost in the classes. This is not the case at Downey Yoga, the studio is very welcoming and calm. It gives this feeling of peace when you walk in the door, you are always greeted with a friendly smile. Jovon has a great passion for Yoga and you can tell she truly believes in it. She is very very helpful to EVERYONE and if she sees that you are struggling, she is very quick to come to your rescue. She knows everyone by name and truly wants to make sure everyone gets the absolute most out of each and every class the studio offers. The class prices are extremely reasonable and I like how your not forced into some contact that doesn't fit your needs, I drive all the way from Orange County to come here and I tell everyone I can about this gem! If you haven't stopped by you should, you will be happy you did!
