I have been a fitness enthusiast for many years and have tried just about every workout regiment there is. What I love about F45 is the variety of workouts, the awesome group fitness atmosphere and the motivating trainers. F45 is a place that you can get a total body workout each and every time and never feel bored! 45 minutes is all you need to get excellent instruction and have fun while working out!
Alex, Gabriel, Cameron, and the whole team are wonderful! They give excellent direction, kind support, and every time is always a great atmosphere. I've found there's no better way to either start the day (weekends!) or end the day (weekdays after work!) then a good round at F45. Your mileage may vary, but probably not by much!
By far the best gym that I have ever been to. I can confidently say that F45 has gotten me into the best shape of my life. Every workout is unique, and utilizes multiple muscle groups so that you can get the most out of your workout in only 45 minutes (or 1 hour on Saturdays). This location also has the best trainers ever. Cameron, Dani, Alex, Gabriel, Jonathan and Christian are extremely knowledgeable, motivational and friendly. They truly care about their clients and are invested in making sure that everyone succeeds and feels comfortable with the workouts regardless of their level of experience or physical shape. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
The greatest! I've been to almost every popular gym and fitness franchise and F45 has proven my absolute favorite. The workouts are very challenging but manageable and organized, every day is different. Both the members and the staff are incredible, energetic & optimistic at all hours whether it be 530am or pm. The best!
Such a great workout and done in 45 min... before work, sometimes I go after. Cameron kills you but in the good kind of way keeping you motivated pushing you but not breaking you. Community there is great too, not to culty like crossfit can be and minus the complex lifting movements thay can bring on injury, but does share the encouraging and healthy aspects. Very glad I joined, dropping body fat% by the week:)
