I've been an avid gym goer for 3 years. I lost 70lbs through cardio and planet fitness. I then moved to 24hrs where I got serious about weight lifting. After 3 years of weightlifting, I was getting bored. I wanted to a change of pace and visited as well. I loved it! Although most of the exercises are really light weight, the pace of the workouts keep you going and really get your heart pumping.
I'm now attending here 3x a week and doing weightlifting 2x a week.
Its a great environment to work out and your always cool. Management is very welcoming and I couldn't think of a better gym that's 5 minutes away from me.
I love the group workouts and friendly atmosphere. The owners Liz and Sammy are the best!!!
Nice trainer.
Good workout. Warm up and cool down needed help. Trainer wasn't very welcoming. Music was so loud I couldn't really hear the clock countdown or the trainer yelling into the microphone. Great music but a little loud. Trainer also didn't explain the clock so I had to ask someone mid workout. Maybe I just couldn't hear him over the music. Really need to work on warm up and cool down, especially cool down. Hardly any stretching, more just chatting.

i have been going to this bootcamp for approximately 2 years. It is a place where the trainers take the time to teach you the proper techniques on working out without getting an injury. The trainers are highly qualified. They care about their clients. The environment is very friendly and the trainers know you by your name. Compare to all these gyms that you are just a number. I highly recommend this place. You will see the difference.
Awesome place to exercise. The environment is lively and very motivating. The trainers push you even when you don't want to. But that's the thrill of it. Everyday is different. Their motto is expect to sweat lol so believe me if you want to sweat and get results SUDA is definitely the place to go (:
I found SUDA through yelp in late August 2015. I had gotten really sick and needed to get healthy again so I decided that SUDA was the way to go. I began SUDA in September 2015 and continue to go at least 5-6 days a week. They provide challenging workouts and are always pushing you to reach your goals or obtain new goals. SUDA has a positive and welcoming environment. I was able to get back in shape and also get my health back on track with the help of SUDA and all their awesome trainers. They are always willing to help modify the workout to your needs (I have gone with a sprained ankle and they differentiated the workout to my needs). As I continued working out with SUDA, my family was quick to notice my physical changes and wanted to join me. I got them passes and now going to SUDA is a family affair (My cousin was the most recent challenge winner)! SUDA has made my family and I health conscious and keeps us motivated to continue exceeding our goals. I highly recommended SUDA!

Amazing place! The workouts are so good that there is no choice but to sweat. I started SUDA a month ago and before then I had really fell off my fitness routines. In the past year I stopped working out because as we all know life happens and we start making excuses on why we can't work out. This year has been hard for me that I became depressed and I stopped doing the things that I loved to do and I knew I wasn't being myself. So that's when I knew I needed to make a change and with a little motivation from my best friend I joined SUDA. This place has really helped me be a better person, my mood has improved, I'm much more energized and I am becoming comfortable in my own skin. I love the way I feel after a bootcamp class that everyday I look forward to going. I'm grateful that I found this place and all its done for me in such a short time, I'm excited to continue to see progress and growth in myself.
