Kelly is an amazing trainer. I am new to the world of Pilates and she has been informative, patient and articulate. She listens to your needs then plots a course of action that builds progressively to address all of your health well being and maintenance
Love this class! You will not waste your time. The instructors know what you need to do to feel the burn. My abs burned more a minute into class than countless crunches!
WOW! I started pilates to help with my chronic back pain. My back feels so much better after only 10 sessions. Actually, after every session I feel stronger in my back and core. Kelly is so knowledgeable and works at your level. I'd been thinking about pilates with Kelly for a while - wish I would have started sooner but thankful I'm on it now. I can't wait to see how I feel after 10 more sessions....and 10 more...etc. It's a process and Kelly is so encouraging and patient. Thank you Kelly!

I learned so much about establishing and maintaining a healthier posture from Kelly's open studio workshops! Not only does she teach about the mechanics of good posture and how to get there, but after each session (I've attended twice) I notice that I am much more aware of the nuances of my posture and and how to make even slight adjustments to feel better. Her studio is a lovely and peaceful place and she is very positive and encouraging. Highly recommended!!!
Of the five Pilates teachers I have had sessions with, Kelly Etter is the best. She listens to what you tell her and then customizes the session to meet your needs. She is kind enough to be encouraging and firm enough to keep you progressing.
Pilates with Kelly has given me more energy and boosted my mood. Her sessions are an excellent way to de-stress after work. Additionally, I have built up my upper body strength and no longer have back and knee pain, as a result of her tailored workouts.
I highly recommend Kelly as a Pilates teacher who motivates you to attain your goals. As I told my brother, Pilates with Kelly is better than chocolate!
