I have worked out all of my life, and I have always thought of myself as pretty knowledgeable about technique and nutrition; actually, I am often asked if I am a trainer. I started working out at Pledge Fitness about a year ago, and within months, I saw dramatic changes that I had been working for forever. The trainers are amazing, knowledgeable, and "practice what they preach." They push you just enough to accomplish your goals but never so much that it becomes a negative experience.They are attentive and aware of your technique, it is almost like having one-on-one instruction during classes because they are so involved. I recommend CrossFit Pledge Fitness to anyone who wants to work hard and see dramatic changes.
