Best studio ever for a hot yogi. All the classes are 90 minutes and taught by fantastic teachers!

This Bikram Yoga Studio truely made my time and effort worthed to give. Really clean studio and amazing teachers with awesome attitudes. Even though it was my first class after a year I felt so good in the class, the temperature was perfect, and really nice people are practicing. It felt like a temple, peaceful, quiet and honesty all 90 minutes. A really rare studio to find.so unique.

had an awesome first time everyone was really nice and even though I am not great at yoga the instructor was very helpful. It was a great workout and really relaxing by the end. I would love to go again

The class was great. The instructors are great. The environment, not so great. The regular students are very cliquey and downright rude to newcomers. I had one student laugh out loud at me while having to stay in the rested position during a posture. I discovered the South Pasadena Bikram Yoga studio because I lived in walking distance. I would take a few classes a week to keep slim for auditioning and shows. The Bikram Yoga studio a few miles East, in Pasadena on Colorado, people are nice and the environment was not so judgmental. I go there and will never go back to the South Pasadena studio.

I started practicing in 2012 and have not looked back following the introductory 30-day challenge that helped me shift stubborn belly fat that had previously clung on for dear life on a relatively slim frame. I am also way more flexible than I was before I started even though I still have room to improve those super tight hamstrings of mine. I particularly like having 90 minutes of being grounded in a room with other like-minded folks, while focusing on what I am doing to improve mind, body and soul. We all source each other and move as a collective which lends itself to a sense of community, neighbor helping neighbor if you will. Beyond the physical and mental benefits there is a great group of teachers and practitioners, and I always enjoy seeing all the usual suspects when I practice. Dennis and his staff run a great studio and I highly recommend the South Pasadena Bikram Yoga practice.

I am thoroughly fascinated by the process of change that is occurring within my body as a result of participating in these classes. The instructors are all very engaging and yet extremely precise, which provides guidance and reinforces the Bikram practice ethos.

One challenge I do find is the evening classes tend to be a bit crowded for my taste being a large bodied person; as I feel somewhat claustrophobic. Any thoughts about an expanded site selection, different venue?

All in all a great experience to date.

Seriously, BIKRAM Yoga on Mission is a wonderful place. In four months I lost 5 inches from my waist and gained flexibility I haven't had since my 20's. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring.

Look folks, this practice is tough. It's meant to be. It's the best 90 minute meditation you'll ever get and that might be the best part, you get to focus on NOT being in the outside world. Your body will thank you. Your immune system will thank you.

If you happen to get Christian as an instructor, ask him to show you "Full Tortoise", it's amazing!

Seriously, I drag everyone here. If you come, you'll see me eventually. I'm the sweaty guy trying to get better.
