Pro Boxing representatives are bunch of scammers. Don't ever order from them. They will take your money, not give you the product. Then you call and try to get your money back and they tell you you will get it back within 24 hours and guess what, still nothing. Then you call again and then are told it is a third party that is supposed to refund the money. They also seem to have no supervisors to be able to handle anything. Warning to potential buyers, unless you want to be out of money do not purchase. It has been over a week and Avi Vahen has still has not done what he said he would.
Amazing gym! Highly recommend doing privates at this gym to really get that full attention to reach your fitness goals , and at same time very affordable . Been training for years at other gyms for Pro Boxing Equipment and this is by far the best price and trainers I've had . Owner is super friendly and approachable unlike other gyms and a sense of community at This gym as well.
Best Customer Service Ever, Don't listen to haters! , if you really want your money back they will give it back to you, Ive been a customer for over 8 years and wasn't a day that i was unsatisfied with their service! , Had a grappling dummy they more than welcome to rejuvenate my dummy back to life! and This is the main branch of the Pro Boxing , not the one in Canoga ,Woodlands, Others are just branched off business off of this one dont mix other companies with this location , if you're getting bad service at the other branches , dont point fingers at this location / corp!
The new management is awesome would def do business with them again !
They must have had a legal battle over the grappling dummy with some guy naming it the "submission grappling dummy." So these guys who originally named their dummy the submission dummy too had to change it to the "proman" dummy lol.
The customer service was crap and made promises they didn't keep.
I posted videos on YouTube of the dummy to help promote it for these guys and they came back saying it was confusing customers because of the legal battle they probably had with some Bob guy who named the dummy the same. Ridiculous.
I posted a review for the dummy listing pros and con's. These guys edited my review and deleted the cons leaving the pros, pathetic.
The dummy was NEVER listed at $600, it has always been the price it is now. So don't think your getting a deal or sales price you're not. wouldn't trust these guys

I don't know about the rest of the pro boxing chains but the one in Canoga Park or Woodland Hills has terrible service and shady employees. They try to take advantage because they think that only novice people shop there. They think they can intimidate a sale on you. I know better now, never again!.
