Just about everything that I want in a gym - machines, free weights, classes, pool, steam room, sauna, and towel service - plus the staff is friendly and the fees are reasonable. I've worked out at a lot of gyms and no matter how nice the gym is, there will always be issues so it's refreshing when the management is genuinely concerned about making things as good as possible. Gwynn, the manager of the Filmore location, is always receptive to feedback while exuding Zen-like calm and Cat in the corporate office is a model of efficiency -- no messing around -- and just makes things happen.

I like Ihop. It's a good place to meet with someone, chat, have coffee and a light bite.
Never give these people or the owner James your credit card information! He emptied my sisters account after her signing up for the gym, he used the money to pay for a balance for designer glasses! When we call to ask for the owner all the managers and staff are all in it and won't tell you who it is but we found out James is the owner! Good thing we reported it to the police and they are working on the case
The best training facility I have ever been to. The trainers are very knowledgeable and will work with your fitness level!

I LOVE this gym ! Even though it's a little expensive, I prefer to spend more and have the trainers tell me exactly what to do than pay less and waste my time going to the gym not knowing where to start or if I'm using the machines correctly. Can't wait to go back
