The gym is fairly small, but they offer tons of programs and have great variety. You have the weightlifting room...
1. Benches (incline and decline)
2. Dumbbells (they have a ton)
3. Squat Rack
4. Treadmills
5. Stair machine
6. Dip machine, w/ pull ups
Etc.
Basically, they have a wide variety of machines to help you lose weight, get toned and muscular.
They have Zumba, which you need to come in a scheduled time. Then lastly you have the yoga room, which offers a small amount of dumbbels
