This is the first yoga studio where I have totally felt at home... and I felt it from the first moment I walked in a year and a half ago. Krissy Harb creates a nurturing environment for growth, acceptance and improvement. All the classes are well paced and suited for many levels, and attention is always given by the instructors on adapting the poses to you and your own unique body. Great community events, like sound baths, too!

This is the most amazing studio. The yoga sessions here are like medicine for the soul. Krissy is the most inspirational, kind human you could probably find. I can not say enough about how much this studio has enhanced my life and wellness.
Such a special place! Not only is this the most welcoming space, the practice is always so fulfilling. I love coming to the special events like the sound baths - highly recommend!

Spiritual Heart Yoga Center is an amazing yoga studio. Very clean and organized, I checked into the class on mind body. The teacher Krissy was great, and had a great structure when she taught. I felt so good all day after class. I am hooked!
