Great gym! Great Coaches! I've been to a lot of different gyms and this one is the best by far. They offer a variety of classes and women's only classes for ladies that want to learn fighting techniques but are intimidated by co-ed classes. Highly recommend!
M3 is a Great gym! A huge variety of classes to take, open 6 days a week with different coaches to learn from, 2 different mat areas, crash pads, plenty of heavy bags and striking equipment, a lounge area, 2 bathrooms, a shower, and more! I would recommend checking it out
I've been a Brazilian Jiujitsu practitioner for the last 13 years and a member of the M3 Fight and Fitness family for the last 8 years. I've been training with some of the same people since I've started. It's been an amazing experience; although, it has not been always easy. Real life, injuries, and motivations can make it hard to be consistent, but the one thing that has always kept me coming back is the atmosphere. M3 Fight and Fitness is a family environment. The connections you make are invaluable and priceless. I've made life long friends who have been there to support me in all aspects of my life. I'm very thankful for the time and grateful to be apart of this family. I would highly recommend giving a class a try and see if you like it. You won't regret starting your journey now. Don't miss out!
I went to M3 for a couple of years. I loved taking Muay Thai and always thought the instructor was such a nice guy! Very helpful when correcting technique and the class was really awesome overall! Sparring was NEVER mandatory and the bag/partner work was a lot of fun. The class was never overwhelming and that was a big plus!
Great place to get in a good workout. My body feels terrific!

I've been attending M3 for 6 years now. The quality of teaching is on par if not better than popular competitor-oriented gyms who tend to focus on limited or one-dimensional aspects of grappling and striking (usually omitting key components to the arts). The tuition has the best cost-to-value ratio when compared with "big-name" gyms (# of programs, quality of teaching, etc.). These "big-name" gyms will inflate their prices and boast a popular competitor's name and make the claim that because their instructor has won competitions, that they also deliver a high caliber of teaching. Obviously this is not the case in any sport.

My son has been going to this gym for one year and it is the best. He has gained so much in regards to skills and conditioning I can not say enough about about Coach Danny and Coach Rick. They are honestly invested in their students. They are not in it for the money but the love of the sport.
Thank you coaches! My 9 year old has learned a lot in the five months he's been training at M3. Recently, just for kicks, he took on a baseball teammate who is slightly taller and more athletic. The teammate has some boxing training. They rolled on the grass of the baseball field with no striking allowed. My son took him down by his leg, mounted his back and applied a choke that had his teammate tapping out within 45 seconds. He'd never trained prior to attending your program. He was very proud of himself! Thank you M3 for instilling confidence through bjj. You rock!
I've been a member of multiple gyms but none have ever compared to m3. The classes range from Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Womens boot camp, and Conditioning. All are excellent and well worth the money. There's also levels for teens, beginners, and intermediates. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for an MMA gym. Honestly I've never felt more welcome at any other gym and the people there are like family.
M3 isn't just a martial arts and fitness academy, it's a family. As soon as you walk in you can tell it's a local watering hole with people from all different walks of life. There's a lot of positive energy in this place; everyone is super friendly and kind. You can walk in a stranger and walk out a friend. Whether your goal is to lose weight and get in shape, or to learn how to fight, M3 has a program that will help you achieve your goal. Definitely my #1 place to train whenever I'm on the Eastside (Montrose, Pasadena, La Crescenta, Burbank, Glendale, etc).
Great Academy! One of the few GFTeam schools in the United States. Professor Danny Vaughan, Mike Verdugo and coaches Charlie Bo, Yvette Aguirre, Mike Martinez Jimmy Cerra and Chris Mann are the best. Want to get in shape and lose weight? Want to train and compete at the very highest levels in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Judo? Want to try MMA? Muay Thai? This is the place!
Friendly, family atmosphere and the best humans around!
