Amazing yoga. Great for beginners and intermediate. Awesome teacher shea. Best in Los angeles and ample parking. Great discounts too.
Best thing you could do to take care of your body. Core strengthening. Gets rid of aches and pains and fixes posture and overall corrects body. I do a class or two a week plus a private or two a month. This place is the best!

Beautiful space, friendly atmosphere.
I tried their pilates (both on mat and on springboards) and yoga (suspended and vinyasa). I'd consider it to be a pilates studio more than a yoga studio.
The level of teaching and the level of the class really depends on the teachers and I had both 'OK!' and 'GOOD' experiences. SO check who the instructor is before booking the class. The quality of pilates classes was generally better than that of yoga classes.
Perfect place for beginners, as the class sizes are very small (we rarely had more than 4-5 people in the class) and the pace is generally much slower than what I've seen in other studios. But you get the benefit of getting more personal attention.
PS! No showers or changing rooms.
