If you ever need to get back into working out or feel like you're in a lull, this is the perfect place to come and get your groove back.

I first started coming to Motivate through class pass, Jen H. is a great instructor and made me feel right at home. She remembers you, and who you come with immediately after the first class. She's very supportive, encouraging and great to take classes with! Everyone else that I've had is also very good, and no matter what, I always leave this class feeling challenged and know that I will be sore the next day.

My favorite thing about these workouts is that you will always be challenged, it's efficient and quick paced, everyone is nice, and there is a ton of flexibility to work with your schedule, from 6:30AM classes to 8:30PM.

Thanks Motivate for reminding me why I love fitness!

Motivate is the best lagree (and really any kind) pilates studios in North East Los Angeles. It was a tie between them and Studio Metamorphosis in Pasadena but Motivate instructors have really one up-ed their game! Even after two and a half years, I get my butt kicked every time!

The best thing you can do for your body is this workout. It's low impact, so easy on the joints, yet super challenging to all of your muscles. Since working out at Motivate, I'm stronger, more flexible, and leaner. You have to focus on the moves you're doing, so it's also a great stress reliever and forces you to leave everything outside.

Motivate Studios Valencia is by far the best Pilates studio in Santa Clarita. I've been coming here for almost a year and I always see results the quickest with this workout. The Lagree method is gnarly but it seriously gets you into shape. High intensity yet low impact to your joints.   It will leave you shaking and sweating in the best way possible.  And the best part..you only need  45mns for this incredible workout.  The instructors are amazing and always give individual attention and adjustments during class. I always look forward to their classes, and I always leave drenched in sweat.  It's addicting! :-)

I cannot believe how much I love working out now. I see & feel results after every class! It's definitely motivating.

I set up a huge challenge for myself and I'm actually doing it! 14 days in a row to transform and then 3-4 times a week to maintain.

The trainers are great - I've taken classes with 4 so far. The machines are intense - I'm working muscles in ways I didn't know existed.

Never a dull class, never the same, always a feeling of accomplishment. My body's form, energy level & self pride keep me motivated to show up.
