Ive been taking from Art, the master teacher and owner for 5 yrs or longer. Deep practice as deep as you are willing to go. Challenging yet sensitive. Beautiful place to get your yoga on in a relaxed caring environment.

A great yoga studio in a convenient location with a variety of classes to choose from. Knowledgeable instructors make classes fun yet challenging. The lunchtime class is one of my favorites!
