Dang... I regret stopping for almost a year. When I started in 2010 my body fat was at 24% and after 8 months it was down to 13%. I stopped coming to future health gym and now my fat is back at 24%. Even if I have been going to another gym, the experience at future health is different.
I found Future Health by accident while I was doing an Internet search looking for a personal trainer. I feel that this was one of the luckiest searches I have ever made. Being middle-aged, overweight and desperately in need of a lifestyle change, I was searching for some serious guidance. I had tried fitness classes, diets, and gym memberships, but I never got the health results I was looking for. Since joining Future Health, I realize that what really works is their comprehensive approach.
Although Future Health is described as a gym, it is really is so much more. The membership includes nutrition classes, health consultations, personal training by appointment EVERY workout session, and individual nutrition plans and counseling. The monthly cost is about half of what a personal trainer would charge and you get so much more; not to mention the view from the 57th floor downtown, which is stunning, and a facility that is so clean that it sparkles.
When it comes right down to it, what really makes Future Health unique are the people that work there, they are all welcoming, intelligent, truly motivational and at the top of their game. Unlike other gyms, future health does not seem to attract show-offs or snobs. I felt welcome from the first day. Joining this gym has changed my life!
