Good instructors and a nice space can be the life changing solution one needs from a workout. This place has both. Love it.
This was my first cycle and yoga class at the same time. The teachers are super attentive the facilities are super clean and smell fresh. They have showers nice for anyone who goes to work after class. I'm not from Glendale but I'm in town for 3days so the 3 day deal they had was perfect for me. I would definitely recommend this studio.
Review for the physique class!!! Visiting from out of state and was looking for a yoga class to squeeze in before the bachelorette debauchery. I knew this class wasn't going to be a regular yoga class but i didn't think it was going to be as intense as it was and boy was I glad! It was a mix of yoga, cardio, and weights with loud up beat music! The room was also very warm so after class it was as though i jumped into a pool of my own sweat! I wish i lived in town so i could take this class all the time! When I come back i will for sure be taking physique again!!! Also the instructor was extremely nice and helpful! Made us feel so welcomed!
The best "gym" I have ever been to. The facility and instructors are top notch. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Seriously, I won't work out anywhere else. Sync is the best!

I haven't had a membership before at other studios, yet this is not your average studio. At Sync Yoga + Cycle the owners go above and beyond to make your experience positive and fulfilling. They have thought about all the little details that make you feel welcome and taken care of. The owners, manager, instructors (exceptional teachers!!) everyone at the front desk are so fun, genuine, caring and engaged. The people make this place extraordinary! I am so inspired by the owners who have put so much TLC, heart, thoughtfulness, authenticity and spirit into creating an environment for the community to connect and get in the best shape possible! This movement creates such a ripple effect of good vibrations. Mind, body and soul, this studio is perfectly in "Sync"!
