Worst indoor playground ever. Managers kid walking around with food in his hand, dropping food all over, no changing table, super dirty floor mostly with food particles and tissues inside the play area. Mamager ever walked inside the play area with his shoes on. Will never come back.
The Northridge location is THE BEST indoor playground. The same franchise, different owner makes such a huge difference. Too bad ...

After the founder contacted me, and invited me again to the place under new management, it was 100% better. The place was clean, all the supplies were there, and the staff were super attentive. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, only because I felt terrible when they told me that the previous manager was fired because of my review. I felt that they could have said in the different way. It made me feel like it was my fault that he was fired. And in fact, I did not want him to be fired especially he had a child. I was only hoping that they could re-educate/train him, etc. Otherwise, the place was awesome. And I do appreciate that the founder even took time to contact me and invited me to this place again.
Okay, this place is AMAZING! I have no idea why more people don't bring their kids here. Every child is treated equally here. The workers are all so kind and accommodate every child. The ambience is very calming and the kids can get all of their energy out. You can even buy packages of entries or a month-long pass.
Great place. Great staff. We come here weekly.

I love this place! Its got many activities for kids to run, jump and play, including a music room. I take my kid here with his friends.

I love this place. I love Debbie, she is like mom for me. Very care with kids with Autism as my son. All my kids love her and Michael. She have a lot of knowledge in special needs.

Took my son here who has autism for his 4th birthday and he had a blast, so many activities for him to do and the staff is great! Recommend this place for any child with or without disabilities, great environment!
Ran into the owner on my way to breakfast. He was promoting his business giving out flyers. Me and my family are from out of town and were looking for somewhere to go for the day. We came here immediately after breakfast and it was AWESOME!!!
This is an awesome place to take kids with special needs or kids that just need to get energy out of their system. Lots of different things to play with such as a toy train track, swings, zip line and a trampoline.
