This studio stands out as our go-to yoga fix when visiting our son in LA; unpretentious and stupendous!
I tried out most of the Silver Lake yoga studios and this is my favorite. Good vibe, good workout, good zen.
I've been coming here for a few months, but I seem more sore than relaxed after a class. I suppose I'm just out of shape, but yoga definitely has gotten more strenuous over the last 30 years.
I like the cozy, spa vibe of this place, especially the restrooms with clean hand towels. I also think Anusara is an awesome technique. I just have a hard time doing and listening to the superiority of one type of yoga over the next.I get wary when I suspect I'm being indoctrinated.
I started coming here after Urth Yoga closed. That was my favorite studio, and I miss it dearly. Some of the teachers from Urth migrated here, and this is my new favorite studio. The teachers here are great and the studio space is ample. I enjoy the variety of classes.
