I love soul cycle I wish classes were not SOOOO expensive though. I would go way more.

I haven't tried a "spin" class in over 10 years, but I was pleasantly surprised. This was my first-time at SS, and yes, it feels like a cult. The place is packed and you should reserve your seat days before your class. It's very clean, and the trainers are very motivating. I will be back to sweat my ass off.
The class was awesome. It was intense and you get sweat a lot and burn lots of calories and that's what I wanted! Just make sure you get there on time, otherwise you won't be able to get in to the class. Also one thing I didn't like about it was that the room was way too dark and I couldn't see anything, like couldn't see the floor so of course I couldn't see the steps, also I was having hard time trying to change the seat or whatever the settings because I couldn't see anything, even I was wearing my glasses.

The employees are super nice and they have the best instructors. I love Tara, Nick, and Dani they are my favorites. Lenna is an awesome manager.
