Joining Rise Hot Yoga Studio has been the best decision ever for me for better health. The staff is very friendly, instructors are all knowledgeable, the postures are healing to the core and the hot room really takes me to my experience in the womb. Every single drip of sweat is a release of what doesn't work for me any longer, every release of energy through breathing is my way of opening space for freshness and the new to come through. I feel tuned up and toned up. Is this for everyone? Possibly not. Do I recommend Rise Hot Yoga Studio? Absolutely yes.
Everything about this setup is top-level - the heating system, the instruction, the facility layout. I have done many hot yoga classes and this is 1 of only 2 with thorough heating - heating that permeates you from skin to core, head to toes.
But even with all of the above, the most amazing thing is: YOU GET 30 MINUTES BEFORE **AND AFTER** CLASS to do your own thing. My thing is to lay in Sivasana for 30 minutes after class and they have no problem with that.
And having shower facilities in a separate back area gives you plenty of time afterwards to get cleaned up... and then enjoy a bit of fresh air and sunshine hitting your newly cleaned skin at the small chair and coffee table in the back.
The room is nothing fancy ...think "Fight Club". But the instructors are World Class!!! Highly Recommend!!

The cleanest hot yoga studio i have been to. Love the variety in class length.
Really enjoy this facility. Love the rubber floor - more like a birds nest - and thankfully NOT sweaty - stinky carpet. It is a little on the crowded side, but staff and instructors very friendly and offer great instruction. It's a bit hotter than other studios and boy, they hold the postures then entire time, but ultimately that's good for you. Parking is decent. The one thing that is difficult is that the main shower / changing room is in the back in a separate building like a coach or guest house. There is a changing room in the front, but then it's not as secure as the one in the back and this forces you to change, then grab your stuff, wait till the next class is out, then go to the back and lock up your stuff. Not optimal but it does ultimately work.

Love coming here for my yoga classes! Everyone is very professional, friendly and polite. The studio is clean and offers chilled coconut water which is very convenient. The class schedule is also great and I really enjoy the candlelight classes in the evenings.
While the workout itself is great, the different staff have different rules for the fee schedules, and didn't stand by their previous decisions. I enjoyed myself the first time, and walked out without working out on my second trip. I will not go back here again.

Really nice rubber floor recently installed, very high-tech, didn't smell. Good vibe, funny instructor, but not overly talkative to where you can't focus on the postures. It was super cramped in there, but they did a decent job of getting everybody situated, and the people directly around me were very space-conscious.
