It's a great place to practice hot yoga. It's clean, there's parking and the hours and staff are great.
My favorite hot yoga studio in LA! Every class is a challenging workout while maintaining the 'zen' mindset of yoga. (Unlike those obnoxious Core Power type classes where they just talk about how many calories you are burning the whole time). You will get sweaty. Bring a towel. Free valet parking is much appreciated.
Beautifully tuned in studio...what I know the brand to be across the continent.
Friendly instructors and beautiful facilities! I wish they had more variety of classes (like Pilates!) but the classes that are there are challenging and sweaty.

Ever since I started coming to modo yoga I have seen a vast improvement in my practice. The instructors are incredible and the classes are challenging yet extremely rewarding. If you are looking for a hot yoga class come by and take a clas with Lindsey or Mark!!

Anytime I'm in LA I always make sure to hit up Modo for their hot yoga classes. Their space is spacious, warm and inviting, and their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The first time I came to visit, they even offered me a free class! I really like how they also have water bottles available for rent in case you forget your own. I also find all of the teachers to be really consistent and incredibly helpful if you need any direction. Due to its size, I never find that a class is too uncomfortable or crammed like other studios.

I've done yoga all over the world and this place has it going on like no other! Beautiful space, wonderful teachers and staff, ample parking and everyone is super friendly and laid back. Great yoga for all levels, be prepared to sweat!
