Came here on a Monday morning for a much needed sweat and I got it! The workout was just what I needed. The music kept me pumped and the the setup/structure of the workout gets the best out of you. I see how you would never get bored here. Today I am sore and it feels good! Ill be back.
Great gym environment, never too crowded and everyone does their own thing, and minds their own business. I definitely recommend working out here.
Awesome gym with great machines and very clean. Been there five times a week and it never felt crowded.

Place is kept clean and they have a good selection of machines to work out on. Coming in and out of there the staff is friendly and easy going. The music might be my favorite part, they play classic alternative punk; Blink 182, All American Rejects, etc. Devon, one of the staff members there, was very helpful. All in all, definitely gonna keep coming back. Side note, I live in Los Angeles , that's a hell of a drive if it wasn't a good place to work out.

Very basic but meets my needs more than a large chain gym. Really needs another squat rack.
Good work out, nearby convenient
Nice people running it and using it. Rarely crowded. Good variety of equipment and classes. I always feel good going there. Much better than any LA Fitness or that ilk.

I was a bit skeptical about the price of this gym and I have to tell you that I was impressed with at the size of the gym and all the equiptment which includes ellipticals, free weights, power plate, bikes seriously this place is awesome. It beats EQUINOX over the park, seriously this place is awesome, sure it does not have towel service or an overpriced juice bar, but I left with a great impression of this place.
