Speedplay is awesome! I love working out and have done different types of exercises from Pilates to Crossfit, and this by far is the best. It's a low impact, high intensity, full body workout that will get your heart racing, sweat dripping and fire up your muscles. X, Blake, and Chris are great at teaching you the form and routine, and are amazing at motivating you throughout the entire program. The workouts are creative, dynamic, and explosive; I especially love using the BOSU ball and TRX. I crave Speedplay - challenging, addictive, and fun!
