Pros: Great pool & hot tub. Usually plenty of locker space. Lots of cardio machines with TV & fans. Conveniently stocked in hot, clean towels. Good amount of rollers & mats for stretching. Everything runs smoothly & cleanly. I don't do much weights, but there's plenty of those stuff too. Always a puppy on duty to welcome everyone.

This is one of my favorite gyms in the city (was a previous 24 hr member) I love having the pool and different rooms for turf exercises and platform/Olympic lifts. The only thing missing is a designated spot for abs/stretching. Having to do it in a corner is not ideal. Spacious gym for seeming small the first time there.

SPEEDPLAY is amazing! I have been going for over a year now. All the trainers are amazing and personal. I especially like taking the class with Xavier. They are authentic and generally care about you and your wellbeing. I am getting in great shape and creating new friends while doing so. One of my favorite parts is the inclusive community they are creating. It's incredible to see the diversity of people coming together with common goals all supporting each other. No matter what their skill level.

The facility itself is kept very clean. The equipment is new and well kept. The "curve" treadmill is one of my favorite parts. It's provides great cardio and challenge to the workout.

So if your looking for a great full body HIIT workout with amazing trainers, equipment, and community, SPEEDPLAY is the place for you!

Speedplay is awesome! I love working out and have done different types of exercises from Pilates to Crossfit, and this by far is the best. It's a low impact, high intensity, full body workout that will get your heart racing, sweat dripping and fire up your muscles. X, Blake, and Chris are great at teaching you the form and routine, and are amazing at motivating you throughout the entire program. The workouts are creative, dynamic, and explosive; I especially love using the BOSU ball and TRX. I crave Speedplay - challenging, addictive, and fun!

love this type of HITT. Instructor was motivating without shouting or making you feel like you were lazy or slacking. great for all body types and any level of fitness. Burned 593 calories in 45 minutes which is really great results.
