I go to open floor sessions, so haven't taken any classes. But it's great!!! Tons of fun, big floor space, music, good vibes. Etcetc.

They offer lunchtime yoga here as well a couple of evening yoga classes. Great instructors and the overall feeling of the place is very welcoming.
Update 7/1/17: They no longer offer lunchtime yoga. I'm heartbroken. I still love the place though, and will try out some of the evening classes.
Simply the best 2hrs and money spent towards developing our moves for the dance floor! Downtown Dance & Movement didn't have much to work with between our lack of time and coordination, however she found a fast way to get to know our personalities and how to put that to work with the song we had chosen for our wedding song. She taught the basics, gave encouraging advice and instilled confidence in what we already had to get us to where we want to be. Downtown Dance & Movement passion, personality and energy were a delight to work with...our only regret is that we didn't have enough time to revisit prior to the wedding.
My 4 year old had her first gym class today and it was fantastic. The studio is beautiful; the customer service was outstanding; and Dani, the teacher, was amazing! Very professional, but still so fun and sweet. We are definitely coming back and we highly recommend it!
convenient location, beautifully lit clean studios. attended a contemporary dance session which was great fun and a good work out. free shuttle within DTLA is convenient.
