Best crossfit box in town. People are friendly and owners are pretty cool too. They have changed their workout program which I really like. I have even taken my daughter from time to time. Also gotta visit Olympic weightlifting coach Galust, he is a rare find that teaches you correct movements and is a cool guy to talk to about the good old days.

They care about your form before you do anything crazy like handstand push up with one hand on the ground, one eye closed, kipping, AMRAP 60 mins.

Came by to ask some questions and they were very polite and informative. Gym was clean and nice. I will come back with Avo to sign up for some classes.
