The spin classes are pretty lackluster in comparison to Soul Cycle or Cycle House but there aren't really any other options on the East Side.

I'm over the spinning + yoga thing, and who wants to do the same sequence every time? Nothing personal, the staff is nicer than the Venice beach location, just not my thing.
