Love the atmosphere. Great staff and super friendly. It's a place to take young ones to workout.

The people in this location make you feel welcomed, gym has several punching bags, 3 treadmills, 2 rings and many who are willing to teach. I have met over 6 coaches there, the training hrs are so flexible. Mon-Friday gym is open from 8am-9pm, Saturday from 8am-3pm.
They sell hand wraps, gloves, headgears, team jackets water, green teas, Herbalife, you name it it's there...
If you are in the area and in need of a gym and great company come join Team Garcia!
