Personal training at an amazing price! And the trainer actually gets most of the profit, unlike big box gyms. Beautiful space with new equipment, free parking, and complimentary water and coffee. Every time I walk in there I feel good about myself and it's private while still having one or two sessions so you still have that social motivation. Can't say enough good things!!!!
