Sculpt has changed my whole way of thinking about personal training! I'm a 31 year old woman who was always too nervous and insecure to work with a trainer. Eleny's nurturing, peaceful energy has helped me learn to lift, grow comfortable with free weights, and have an amazing time getting fitter and feeling empowered. Eleny is an amazing trainer and an amazing human being! She is not only a trainer but an educator. I have learned so much about my own body in the last month than I have my whole life. I am so happy this studio exists! It feels like you're at a spa. Everything is so nice and clean. It is not the typical gym setting which is why its the best place to be! For those of you who want a healthy life change and an amazing body, Eleny is the one to go to!

So excited to be starting my fitness journey at Sculpt. I've always wanted to train somewhere completely private where there are no distractions and you can focus without feeling like people are watching you.. it makes training a lot more personal and comfortable.. and it's just so clean in there all the time. Literally not even one thing out of place, ever. It's BEAUTIFUL inside with the wooden elements and the high ceilings. The water rower is one of my favorite pieces of equipment too it sounds so nice. Very calming. My trainer is Eleny.. she has a very soft approach to training and really helps me understand my form and why she's having me do the exercises. She really understands the science and the vulnerability of the experience for me. We talk like friends, too... so it makes it that much more fun. I can't say enough.
Sculpt studio is very private, clean and well equipped place. Love to work out on water rower there. Eleny is amazing instructor and very professional and understanding. Would highly recommend to everyone.
On the pre-assessment day, they ask about the needs and goals of coming to the training studio, which is really good because each individual is different. They make training session just for you, to reach your goals. Very helpful through the process and they follow up just to make sure you are doing good. Professional and clean studio.
The best of the best! Anyone who enjoys a private workout session will most definatly enjoy Sculpt. Equipment exceeds expectations and the staff is beyond knowledgable and friendly. This place is a must!!
