I did the 6-week challenge at StrengthRx, and I am grateful I did. I feel amazing, and my clothes are fitting better than ever! Also, the facility is great. I really enjoy the Burn and Build and Burn classes, as they push me and make me stronger. The hardest part of the challenge was the diet plan - no doubt. It's very regimented and strict. That said, it was immensely helpful to learn of healthy alternatives to some of my favorite foods. I can't say I'll stick with the diet plan entirely, but I've learned life lessons that will stay with me. I do plan to continue working out at this facility; because again, I really enjoy the classes.
Shout out to Michael - he is the BEST instructor at this institution. If you can, take all of your classes with him. As a fellow teacher myself (I teach college students), I can say he embodies most fully what a great, resourceful, and approachable teacher should do. Thank you, Michael. And thank you to all the StrengthRx teachers and staff - I am grateful for this experience.
