Wow! Great way to start a Sunday morning getting a good cycle in at Sunset Bike House, SBH. I was greeted by Ruben and Ashley of SBH. Started off with signing my life away then it was time to get down to business!
Ashley warmed the group with a light stretch on the bikes and then it was time to move forward. Different interval training levels throughout ranging in sets of 15 to 30 to 45 seconds. Self adjusting resistance levels to your comfort. I challenged my self as a first timer and was sweating throughout. By the end, I'm spent, but in a great way.
