Awesome gym and great people! I started training here when I was 15 because of bullying in high school, now I have some of my closest friends, greatest memories because of them, and bullying is no longer a problem.
The price was totally worth it and their staffs were friendly. Clean facility and the equipment's were well maintained. You could probably enjoy your workout here.
Owner Dan is a great guy.. knowledgeable and welcoming.. Great facility, compact, tough and awesome vibe with everyone working out.

Awesome gym. Kru Daniel is very knowledgeable in Muay Thai and boxing and gives insightful tips to refine technique. Marcos is also great bringing his professional experience as a pro mma fighter into his classes. Jacobe has great experience as a kick boxer and can always help you become that little bit more precise and advanced in your standup game. Overall it's a great gym because more than anything, the guys and gals in there and everyone who trains there is really cool and everyone just cares about having good sessions and some fun along the way with no egos. Would definitely recommend it!!!!
