Sam is an inspiration to many of us, and is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. He pushes, but in a nurturing way.

Here's an example of one of the many ways Sam has helped me in our seven years of working together: In 2008 I had major spinal surgery that required months of recovery. I am stronger now than before my back surgery, much of which is due to Sam's support throughout. When we trained after my surgery he was assiduous in attending to what worked and what didn't with respect to my condition.

Sam does not take a one-size-fits-all approach to training. His years of experience as a trainer guide him to the right approach for each individual, fine-tuning as training continues and the client grows stronger.

Sam has turned training from a chore into something I look forward to several times a week. He has catalyzed a change in all health-related aspects of my life, from weight-lifting to cardio, stretching, and diet.

I have had the pleasure of training with Sam off and on for 10 years now. My health and physical build has dramatically improved and I have been able to carry over his knowledge in food, diet and exercise into my every day life. Sam not only knows his stuff, he makes training fun.......as fun as it can be!! Awesome and inspiring guy!

Best trainer ever. I have been working with Sam for two months and already have seen results. Trainers I have had in the past just threw out the cookie cutter workouts, not Sam.

My first meeting with Sam he did a full fitness assessment and we discussed my goals. The first session was well over an hour so he could get a solid understanding of what I needed and wanted to get out of having a trainer.

Sam comes up with innovative and interesting trianing sessions that keep me motivated. Furthermore, Sam helped get my diet under control through the use of a meal plan. I get to choose what I want to eat and can alter the plan to meet my training needs.

The best part of working with Sam are the encouraging emails after I log a workout on Pocket Sam, his mobile app. I feel confident that in a few months I will be on my way to being confident enough to start workingout on my own.
