Dr Pilates has changed my life. Really. So has Aaron, my private and class instructor!
Great instructors and wonderful selection of classes.
Out of 4 classes I took - 3 were below 0.
Class 1. I was told to leave because receptionist could not find my name in the system... even thought I called in advance to book a class and fully paid for 5 classes. The receptionist shouted in front of everyone: you have to leave, I won't let you take the class! I ended up taking to someone over the phone and they found my payment and let me in but I was 5 minutes late... No one apologized and class was not refunded.
Class 2. I attended the class where the teacher was evaluated - the class was not organized and another teacher was present. I don't think students should be allowed to attend such classes or they should be notified. It felt like a waste of money and time. When I complained - no one apologized and the class was not refunded...
Class 3. Yesterday I was asked to stop working out because I wasn't able to exercise fully due to the health condition. Instead of one particular machine exercise that were too painful for me - I was doing weight lifts. I paid for the class and the class was for ALL LEVELS, meaning that if something is too hard for me I can go slower, I don't understand why I was asked to stop and do nothing. I can do nothing at home. I had to leave the class and was upset of being shamed in front of other students.
Really wanted to like this studio but it is a disaster! If you ever went to good pilates studios and worked with great teachers you will understand the difference.

Aaron's Class is wonderful. He is very focused, kind and funny. He is an awesome instructor. I wish he had more classes at noon. Emily in the front desk is caring and nice, always ready to help. Thanks a lot. I totally love this place.
