The Dirtiest PF I ever saw!!!
Shower don't clean up, few of the equipment is in bad condition or don't work, i can't lock the doors at the dressing room. No tanning beds and massages he told me only 5 minutes. Security nerves you already after 10 minutes.
Absolutely 1 star is to much. I think minus 10is o. They never will see me again
I love this in Midtown if you homeless sign up for $0.20 $10 a month do free work I give you 4 months off
The trainers are all super friendly and supportive. The workouts are different everyday, so each exercise goes by quick. The workout groups are nice and small; it feels like working out with a group of friends. I highly recommend
Not only was this gym ALWAYS over crowded, but the method to cancel your membership is absurd. You have to either come directly into the gym or cancel via CERTIFIED mail. I understand taking privacy seriously, but if I can add someone to my cell phone plan easier than canceling my gym membership, something is wrong here. This policy needs to be revised as so many other gyms allow cancellation with convenience in mind.
This is one of the good planet fitness sites! I've been coming to this location for years and only struggle with getting on machines in January! The locker rooms are fairly clean and have staff checking them fairly frequently. Theres usually little to no wait to get on the type of machine you want, and most people only use the main areas to work out. for $10 a month, this is the spot
It gets the job done. Love that they are open 24hrs. Not many free weight but able to get a good workout in.
There was a tall black maybe Latina girl at the front when I walked in talking to the Asian guy behind the front desk tonight, she usually dances while working out can't miss her, beautiful . They were laughing and smiling, i see why. That really made me want to work out because initially I wasn't feeling it. Machines are ok. Just wish they would get fixed sooner, ladies restroom is always decent. give it a try it's not that bad of a gym. The 4 stars are mainly off the atmosphere the young lady and employee gave when i walked in. Also management, you should really consider putting purse lockers or small bag lockers out on the floor against the wall so we could keep an eye on our purses or small bags.
Affordable membership, very clean, 24 hrs gym, lockers, showers, friendly staff and gym users. it gets really crowded on certain days (m-w) hence the waiting time on machines. gym is smaller compared to other pf branches. parking is small.
While working out on a Sunday night, I was being harassed and body shamed because I wouldnt stop using a machine. Reported the incident with a witness and the club manager Mario said I was in the wrong and would cancel my membership. Please stay away from this gym for your own safety and let others know.
Eh. I've been to other planet fitness locations where the machines are updated. This place is small with old machines. But, it's the closest gym to my home so it will have to do for now.

Planet "get you into contract obligations for a year by calling yourself a gym and at the same time lacking even basic equipment".
I paid 80$ (20 monthly membership and 60 fee to cancel my contract) for 2 weeks of membership and 2 so called training sessions. Management doesn't care, they got what they needed - contract.
If you are not new to gyms: it's kind of huge hotel gym. Dozens of treadmills and not a single olympic barbell. So no bench press, no squatting, no deadlift. But who needs that anyway, right?
In case you are new: The problem is most of equipment is ineffective or traumatic for your joints. Read some books like "think 2" to get a grip on it and then choose your gym. This one is only good for treadmills.
You know your equipment is outdated when it has a hookup for an old ipod. This place in desperate need of an update.
Edit: one Star for least helpful response

Big parking lot, open 24 hours, clean gym, cheap price! Yes it's really busy during the day and evening so best time to go is at midnight or early morning. There is less people at that time and a lot of machines and free weights are available.

It's cheap so you can't really complain, if you are willing enough to be constant i am pretty sure you can lose weight by going there, but i don't think is ideal to build muscle, and one last note the message on the wall is ridiculus no criticisms, friendly enviorment everyone feel comfortable? I get this but it's a gym you will do something wrong you will make mistakes you will do the wrong exercise for what you want to archive if no one correct you or criticise you ( and than give advise) you will never improve and get better, liner, and stronger gym is about improve and get better not about safe space, unless you don't really want to lose weight than forget what i just said, thanks

This gym is for you if you want:
- to be treated like garbage by staff
- to be misled and lied to about payment terms
- to work out in a filthy facility with a bunch of broken machines.
This gym is not for you if you want the opposite of previously mentioned items.
EDIT: So easy of PF to leave a response saying to reach out and appear like they care. HOW ABOUT YOU CALL ME AND ASK ME HOW TO FIX THE ISSUE? YOU HAVE MY NUMBER.

I really like this gym i have been going for half a year now i would recommend to anyone who is beginning there journey to become fit alot of machines and wieghts i personally go at night which is less packed so if you have a job and get off late this is the perfect gym to go to in my opinion
Tired of the graveyard shift employees being unprofessional and making flirtatious remarks. It is empty at that time, yet I still get interrupted everyonce in a while when working out.
Yeah, so it's crowded, staff is just OK, and there aren't enough free weights. But for $10/month and no long-term contract, you're gonna complain? This is fast food fitness, and honestly, you get *much more* than you pay for here. If your wallet is well padded or you want classes and top amenities, go elsewhere. If you need something CHEAP and close to home, this might be your best bet.

I have been a member since 2016. It's not usually two packs when you go in early in the mornings around 6 AM. The machines are always in good working order. I highly recommend this place.

The gym needs a complete renovation. I've seen buckets on the floor to catch water leaking from the ceiling. Sometimes its really stuffy inside and the windows get foggy. Often packed so parking is usually a problem even when the gym is empty. Definitely needs to replace several machines too. Majority of the staff are friendly to customers which I don't understand because their manager named Mario is the complete opposite.
Rating is 3.8 broken stairmaster sad because I'm obssesed with it. Very packed around 6-8:00pm weekday. But very humble and cute people, not stuck up ass environment.
The hente is strong here. Very proud to see so many people working out hard. Tip. If you see a machine you like, you basically have to camp out near it so you can actually get a turn. I'm visiting, overall worth it.
I have been a member since November, 2017. The positives are: It's cheap and there is no pools, saunas or other water. I hate the chlorine smell those gyms have. They also have an infrared booth I like to use. The staff is not really friendly or helpful. Almost every time I have asked a question about something I am told, "I can't help you with that" without getting someone or directing me to someone who can. At least half the cardio machines don't function fully. Lastly, they never gave me my free t-shirt for signing up, and when I asked the same staff member who helped me on my first visit, he told me there was nothing he could do. I don't really want their t-shirt now, it's just the principal. This gym is a great example of " you get what you pay for".
Great gym for the price. It can get crowded but theres lots of machines to go around. Remarkably clean considering the amount of people that go through there. Would be nice if the free weight area was a little larger, its definitely always the most packed section. Overall a quality budget priced gym
This would be a great gym, but I have a few problems. The lack of an overhead fan is a problem. Why every other Planet Fitness seems to have one but these and not this one, is beyond me. An overhead fan gives me a better workout. Less sweat and less wear and tear on the cardio equipment is a blessing. Also no easy wipe down. I still have to tear off paper towels off a roll instead of the other location where they have the dispensers that deliver it. Did the owners of this facility not realize that it actually saves on the cost of paper towels using a dispenser? And finally, why are the machines seemingly always "out of order". Is it impossible to maintain the equipment so i can get a good workout? This is the closest planet fitness to me, but yet I feel compelled to go to others. This should not be. I want to go to a local planet fitness and get the same workout as others. Yet I don't feel that way. This is coming from a Black Card member who is frustrated.
Disappointed! Lack of employees and did not receive appropriate customer service to get a membership. I had to wait more than 30 minutes and that is only because I went to ask what happened. Employee acknowledged and apologize! I saw a couple of members asking for assistance, however employee had to apologize as empl. was in the front desk only checking in others.
I go late past midnight but this place is so unkept. Free weights are scattered everywhere, placed on the wrong spot so you have to scavenge to find the weight you're looking for. Same goes for the machines that use bars. All over the place. This is my home gym but i go to the one in burbank because that one is more clean and kept. I think it is only the late shift crew that is lazy. Overall it is a planet fitness so you get what you pay for.
