Juliet is the owner of Planet Namaste and I first met her when she began a weekend yoga class at another studio. Because I am a senior citizen and don't like to admit I was not able to do some of the positions very well and became a bit discouraged.
Juliet opened her new studio on Burbank Blvd. and offered a senior class which I couldn't wait to begin.
Susan is the teacher and has been doing Yoga for many years. She has so much knowledge of the body. She knows right away where one needs help and simplifies the pose for each individual.
I leave the studio feeling like I have had a workout but I am so relaxed.
I mentioned to Susan that I sometimes have trouble taking deep breaths and she has even helped with that.
I highly recommend this class for those of us who can't bend the way we once did. There is no judgement ,only encouragement.
Planet Namaste is a clean beautiful studio. When you first walk in it is
like being in someone's living room.
I love my Friday morning sessions and thank you Juliet for starting a fantastic class for those of us who are still young at heart and spirit and want to keep it that way.
