A trainer named Ricardo is impatient, racist, acts inhumanly, and does discrimination by class. Because of this specific teacher I left in the middle of the class crying !!! Don't go to this place because you will only be offended !!!!!
Hands down the best studio in town. I love all instructors and one that I particular think is UNBELIEVABLE is Chrissie. Now don't run out and take all of the classes with her because it will be hard for me to get in. I simply love her style and focus on how she makes you feel special. She listens to her clients and their bodies. If you are injured, she will make sure you are properly lined up during each targeted area and truly cares. The owner, the staff are all AMAZING and very helpful. I love this place. And for the guys, don't think this is a woman's only excercise. it is hard and really helps in all areas.
