Tried the Boxer Fit program at Fullout Crossfit. Loved it! I was part of a boxing gym in High School, and have been looking for a program in the West Hollywood, Mid-city area. This place was exactly what I wanted. I didn't want a boxing only gym, as I was looking for more of the workout aspect of boxing and not technical training. So far so good. Great workouts and enough technique to keep you honest to the sport.
A great low pressure, fun and welcoming cross-fit atmosphere with many other class types for all experience levels.
Try it! Decide to be your best self, today! ;-)
A great workout.
