Coach Chad and R1 are great. I worked with coach Chad Wigle. It's amazing how he can breakdown boxing technique, movements and the (sweet) science of it all. I have worked with other boxing coaches and I feel that his style of teaching suits me the best. It was a lot of fun too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
