Horrible yoga studio! The classes seem great, but the owner and teachers have WAY too much of an ego to ever care about customer service! Oh and the owner allows his dirty dog to run around the yoga studio. Ew!
My favorite place. After taking years off since being a competitive athlete, I was hesitant to begin working out again. Now this place has me hooked.

I've been a member of Set and Flow since the studio first opened and still find myself in awe of the amazing work that they do. Not only are the classes incredibly fun and engaging, but the spirit of the studio itself is truly one of a kind. Throughout the past few years, I have built relationships with the staff, other members, and even the owner himself. The instructors make an effort to get to know each individual and help them reach their goals. As someone who relocated to LA from NY, the community aspect of Set and Flow feels like home to me. The studio continues to host fun events to keep everyone connected, such as kettle bell competitions and full moon sound baths. They also introduce new classes regularly, which helps me to challenge myself and invite novelty into my life. Coming from someone who rarely writes reviews for anything, I would absolutely recommend joining or visiting this studio.

This place is amazing! The studio is always clean with friendly staff! The instructors are awesome! They keep the class challenging and fresh. I've seen instructors accommodate to new people and all levels of experience! There prices are competitive to other nearby studios! They have Kombucha on tap, showers, large restrooms, lockers (with free locks), and a big area to put on-off shoes. The place was well designed and well maintained. I highly recommend giving one of their MANY classes a try! You won't regret it! Oh, and parking on sit with validation! :)

Amazing Staff, Gorgeous and spacious studio!!! I am so excited something like this is so close to me, finally! The hot yoga 60 class was my favorite! I always leave Set and Flow excited to come back for another excellent workout (sweat sesh) and take in the positive energy!!
I got the new student $30 starter pack and I love it. The teachers are great and make sure to accommodate and teach alternatives for new beginners like myself.
Pros:

Classes get you fit.
Sequences were pretty well put together.

I didn't like the swearing in class. Even though I find myself swearing a lot in life it wasn't at all nice to hear many times in a yoga class. Actually it was one of the reasons I didn't return to the owners class.
Holding a kettle bell above your head with sweaty hands is asking for trouble.
They charged my girlfriend twice she wanted to pay cash but they charged her credit card too. Was a simple mistake and was only a drop in so no big thing.
They pay their teachers very poorly so don't expect any of Hollywood's veteran yoga teachers to be there. More of a hobby place for teachers to teach.
