I absolutely love this place. I come every week and I have had just about every treatment they offer; from acupuncture to massage to yoga to physical therapy to clenz, and I love them all. GenerateShen is my happy place!

Dr. Guy is awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly, he took the time to understand my condition and provide a comprehensive solution to treat the pain. I highly recommend him to anyone who has acute or chronic pain.
I've been getting acupuncture for chronic low back pain and the results have been amazing. Cara is a great combination of down-to-earth and professional, and she was very detailed and thorough in her intake. She took plenty of time to explain to me how acupuncture and cupping works from both an Eastern and Western perspective and answered all of the questions that I had. She expressed the importance of coming in regularly for treatments, especially in the beginning, in order to make a shift in my pain level as quickly possible. I've been seeing her weekly for about 4 weeks and I already feel so much better. Cara also recommended getting massages in addition to acupuncture, so I've been doing that too and the massages have been great. The clinic has a really cool and relaxing vibe and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Also, it must be mentioned that they accept my insurance, which is awesome. If you're looking for an acupuncturist or massage therapist, I definitely recommend going here!

I love this place and with 2 standing weekly appointments, I've come to know the practitioners really well! I have been getting acupuncture treatments with Cara for over a year now. She is incredibly good at what she does- kind, gentle, incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients! She has treated me for a herniated disc, hip bursitis, menstrual cramps, neck sprain, and any other ache or pain I could think of! Her treatments are so relaxing and I feel like a new person after each session. Cara has a great team of massage therapists available and they even offer private yoga!
