It is a great place to learn how to box. Also the coaches are very kind and friendly. There is also many different types of equipment to use there, including this that make you better at footwork, defense, offence, strength, and weight loss. I would recommend it because all of the instructors understand boxing and know what they are doing.

Sweet Science is a great place to train. I really appreciate their focus on teaching strong technique combined with fitness drills, all of which is fun. The trainers treat clients like individuals, which allows them to give instruction that help you grow as an athlete and fighter. I love the footwork drills, which are often overlooked in other places. But most of all, the trainers are friendly, the atmosphere is serious but relaxed, and other clients are courteous and friendly.

After moving cross-country from Philadelphia, I was in search for a good boxing gym. And I found that and more when I walked into Sweet Science! The trainers are very experienced and friendly, the gym is always clean, and it has that old school boxing club feel to it. Proud to call Sweet Science my home gym!
