Great space / fantastic environment all around. Heard about this space, started attending classes and really enjoyed it. Easy to get to , easy to park, reasonably priced and a wonderful calendar full of different classes and events

I am fairly new to yoga , only been doing it for about 2 months , but this is the greatest place I have ever done yoga at. I forget the name of the instructor I had , but she was truly amazing and the shivasinah I had was surreal. I wish I had a place like this in Vancouver !

Fantastic place, if you look for a studio where they take care of you please do yourself a favor and go to Soul Shack Yoga. Thanks to the teachers for showing me the path to yoga. Love Anna classes

Petite, welcoming studio. Make sure not to just walk in as there is no formal waiting area-- class may be in session. Do what I didn't and check the front door for a sign letting you know! There is a bench out front to hang out, and a nice coffee shop next door (closes on the early side but a nice spot if you attend earlier classes). Cozy, professional and reasonably priced.

I discovered this charming neighborhood yoga studio, because it is near my work, and have become a big fan. I've especially enjoyed the restorative + sound classes, where the teacher combines poses with the sound of tibetan bowls. The effect is magical.
Love the Soul Shack! Great teachers and great variety of styles! And like the name suggest, lots of soul. Whether you are already an advanced yogi or have never done yoga in your life, this is a truly awesome place!
