Not too crowded. Most people keep to themselves, so no judgements. Well kept and clean place. The staff will help you get a deal on your membership.
Don't post review often unless I am 200% convinced. I'm convinced - best workout and HIIT facility. I highly recommend Crunch Fitness - Sunset. Period.
Mike the manager on Sunset reeled me back to Crunch again. He was so fantastic to deal with and gives off good vibes. I am very happy to back at Crunch I do not miss Equinox at all. Thanks so much Mike!
They are always extremely packed. ! Great place, great deal it just is a bummer unless you go at 4 am your in the crowd and rush ! I like the gym I like the place the staff is great!
Herman did such a great job on showing me all amenities, and give me an amazing deal on joining the gym rightaway. I love their classes so much. I've been in many other gyms in LA. And I can tell you cant find same classes anywhere but in Crunch Sunset. Never boring, instructors rock! Thank you Herman for making me come backagain.
Made me wait 20 minutes like an idiot because I was early for my class pass slot. Why would anyone do that, hope it was worth it for them.
They claim my peak membership isn't valid at their facility. Something about this doesn't can't be legal since my membership says that I can honestly to any crunch fitness location.
The employees were wonderful, the equipment well maintained and never a wait.
My favorite gym.... I just feel comfortable here. So many very polite goal oriented people sharing a space. Great for noncommittal regular social friendships which are easy to maintenance.
this place has gone downhill since i joined last year. the mens locker room was closed for 5 months straight causing the women to share their locker room with the men. now the womens locker room is closed for who knows how long. we should be getting a discount!
only reason i stayed is because the location is convenient and some of the classes are fun!

When I rejoined Crunch Fitness in September, Amita, who was the manager at the time convinced me to purchase a 5 pack of training sessions and recommended a trainer. After 3 (not amazing) sessions, my trainer abruptly left the gym, but she did not tell me nor did Crunch call me to let me know. Instead, the gym gave my personal number out to rando trainers who would reach out to me to see if I wanted to training. Confused, I asked what happened and that's when I learned of the trainer's departure. I don't want to invest sessions in another trainer when the first one wasn't that great and Crunch didn't even bother to contact me when she left. I think this is borderline fraud and constitutes unfair business practices. I've now reached out to the general manager, Jonathan E. several times about the situation without a response. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and now the California Secretary of State's office.

I watched the gym receptionist chew out an elderly gentleman who was frustrated that he didn't have a bathroom to use because the bathrooms have been being remodeled forever. My boyfriend is a member also and we are now looking at other gym options. Save your money or give it to a company that does good and treats their patrons right.

Lots of things to like about this gym although they are having a bad time these days due to the repairs to the men's locker room and lots of problems with workout equipment. Happy they purchased new dead lift equipment but crazy confused as to why they bought two? There is no space for the second one. What are you doing manager?

Great location, friendly staff and teachers but the men's showers/restrooms etc have been unavailable for over 4 months now with no end in sight.

The best gym, super friendly and clean!
They keep charging my card months after I canceled my membership and was month-to-month. They lie that they will reverse the charges but they don't and never call back as they say they will. SCAMMERS!!!
No wet facilities in lockers for over 2 months now. No end in site. No apologies and certainly no reduction in fees at all. This place is unsanitary. ALSO - be aware they charge a random "hidden" fee every year that they slip in hoping you don't notice. They're here to take your money and give you as little in return as possible.

I've been coming for a year now and I must say these guy are as good as it gets (for the price, of course). The gym is well-equipped (I don't think I've waited more than 3 minutes for a machine) and very clean. The classes are also great--big fan of the hip hop and abs classes. Most importantly though, the staff is awesome (especially Karen G)!!

I love to come to this place. Looots of energy, Everyone is very friendly, helpful, professional. Classes are awesome, Especially i looove Cynthia's classes and Maya's yoga.

My favorite I have to say is the hospitality of the employees, the hotel-like amenities come in second. Luis was such a patient and considerate sales employee. He made sure I'd meet my needs and expectations. Another star of Crunch is personal trainer Adam. Everybody loves him! He has great knowledge of what would be suitable for you and your body and gives a lot of tips on how you can maintain your routine even when you're working out alone. So if you're looking into getting a trainer to help you achieve your goals guaranteed, I recommend you go for Adam. I highly suggest you consider signing up because this place is a gem.

I live inbetween NYC, Vancouver and LA, so Crunch/Steve Nash lets me transfer my pass and I'm able to use my membership anytime. The facilities here specifically are really well kept and the front desk staff is always very helpful. My only complaint is that they don't have those automated locker codes, so you have to bring your own lock every time you want to protect your valuables. Almost impossible to get a machine during high times, but I supposed what else can you expect *shrug*.
Was promised I could go to any Crunch location when I signed up, but they refused to let me in, and tried to sell me an additional and much-more expensive membership.
Don't bother going here unless you want to pay more than the standard monthly fee because it's a "corporate" location.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Find another gym. This one is the worst. The staff are rude and unprofessional out for themselves.
Very cool gym. Very energetic. Crowd is good. Everyone is into working out as it should be. Bathrooms are always clean. Showers. Steamroom. Sauna. Lockers are big too
Heavenly Place. It is my favorite place to be. I am walking to it to recover from my surgery. They are always kind. Even though right now, I can only use the elliptical machine for a few minutes at a time, I enjoy it.
Feel the burn. Good classes and reasonable price for the gym. That said, everyone is txting while working out. Totez annoying.
