My Company did over $4000,00 worth of work for this business. We were very polite when calling Jerry (the owner) for money. His account is over 60 days late. when he answered his phone and we asked for payment his response was " I'm too busy to pay you or even talk about paying you because "I'm opening a new business in Kentucky" so we were forced to discontinue service. Today I called to settle up what he owed us and his response was " there is nothing to talk about, you discontinued our service" is this guy really that dumb? I just think anyone considering joining this gym should be very careful with the lack of integrity and honesty displayed by the owner Jerry.

Member for over a year now and very happy. I'll come in @ midnight or early morning whatever is best for me. Love the open 24hr. Not held down to a specific time to workout. Perfect.

I'm 5 miles from there but worth it. Very clean and has most of the stuff you'll need.Pretty much has everything indoor and outdoor from normal level to expert level equipment.

Best Gym in the South Bay area. Friendly Staff, clean facility, and WORKING equipment.
You don't wait to use any piece of equipment. There is always parking, their hours of operation are very convenient.
Zero excuses for not reaching your goals!!!

I love my gym! The best gym I have ever belonged too. What makes it so great? Lot's of options in equipment from treadmills to bikes and eliptical machines. Next, a ton of weights. Then my favorite TRX. Wooo hoo. This is a great Gym for people who really are gym rats and like to sweat like I do. Thanks Coast.

Good vibes, good lighting, good people and good equipment
Never really gets crowded there is always equipment available all around for me to use
I am never leaving this gym

Dana is wonderful. Her gym is super clean and has all the equipment you would ever need. She also is super wonderful with my 6 month old baby. She helps watch him so I can get back in shape. Workouts are great and I already feel better with this program. The baby being able to come is a huge plus. She has a play pen,toys and outdoor area for the kids to play while mom works out. Would recommend this to anyone looking to get back in shape.

Great place to call home for those who have a commitment to healthy lifestyles. Best value membership is a 1 year contract which keeps members accountable to themselves. The facility is clean and very spacious. At peak hours the gym manages to stays crowd free. Talk to the young man called B, very professional, always smiling, impressive amount of fitness knowledge, will give the best tour of the facility to make you truly see the value of the gym. Others seem overweight and shady.
