The gym is very nice but I don't think there's any supervision today there was outage power in the ladies bathroom and sauna and nobody had addressed it is like they don't care about people safety just like the woman sauna the wooden is just broken one day there will get a Sue and complain about if somebody gets hurt so I think they should get more attention about it before the city comes in there and check this place out all the faculty is nice but they don't do their job right.
Very pleased with establishment, always clean, machines galore, my one complaint is they only run one elevator, slow I dont want to walk up 5 flights of stair after work out and shower. I just want to go home. My sister is recovering from total knee replacement It is inconvenient.
Love this gym. Good place to get a work out . Wide variety of equipment for whatever you'd like to work on. Parking structure and curbside parking available.
This is my default gym, so I really don't have negative comments to post. This LA Fitness has everything I need to build, sculpt, and get a great workout.
Nice spacious gym with good workout equipment. The sound system doesn't work all the time which is annoying when I forget my headphones. They need more barbells because half the benches are missing a barbell.
They randomly close the place whenever they need to, whether its because of construction or some other reason, and they will not notify you. If you go after work, you will enjoy a nice 10-20 minute wait to use anything in the weight room. People will literally leave a machine but still claim it and run back and make you feel like you have to let them use two machines at once. If you talk to an employee about that, they will just tell you to be confrontational and ask to use it with them (which is a super inconvenient way of working out). Good luck with parking as everything is usually taken and the risk of your car getting scratched is very high. I park on the streets and walk a block or two. The juice bar rarely is in full stock so if you want something like wheatgrass juice, they are commonly out of stock or if you want a drink it will miss an ingredient. This is the price you pay to come to this gym. Oh I almost forgot, if you are a new sign up, they will JAM a private lesson down your throat and send you home sore and in pain for the following 3 days and constantly badger you about signing up for private lessons that are EXTREMELY overpriced! Make sure you are not polite about this if you sign up, tell them you are not interested flat out or they will harass you with phone calls as well. Unfortunately, this is the only gym with a pool, hot tub, and sauna around my area so I come here. The pool area uses chemicals that will MELT YOUR EYEBALLS OUT OF THEIR SOCKETS so if you plan on using this always use proper eye protection at all times. I use the sauna more than anything for this reason (even though its commonly over-populated).
Obviously, I can't say enough terrible things about this gym, but it's the lesser of evils in my geographical area.
Super clean with lots of equipment. I love the staff! Always cheery and I go very early in the morning! The pool is nice with multiple Lane's and usually is not crowded. Lots of cool classes. Spinning seems to be a favorite. Basketball court is always got a lot of activity. Lots of pickup games going on. All types of equipment for beginners to Advanced. Nice bar weight options. Free weights are tidy n clean. The snack bar has a lot of tasty options but they're a little pricey. Filled me up though!!
Great service and a clean facility. The kid center is a major bonus for parents. Good selection of machines. I like that it low-key hidden as well
It's disgusting this place, they never clean this place, it's always dirty, I notified to coorporate office, and they haven't done nothing yet, just check this pictures!! This is the lady who cleans at the gym, instead of cleaning , she rather be talking to random people, as you can see, there is like vomit in the shower and she not even care about it.. I went to report this incident to the front desk and she went and confronted me at my shower while I was taking a shower , she open my courtain while I was taking a shower , and she threatening me , why I reported her , and that he was going to wait for me at the exit to beat me up.. The stuff never do anything about it.. This lady's name is Maria, don't know her last name, but she has long and black curly hair..
Been a member since 2009 and for $179 a year, it's a good deal since I can go anywhere with my membership. This gym is newly renovated and most of the equipment are not so bad. I love this place.

Very nice gym. the biggest one I've seen in the area. would definitely recommend this gmy plenty of equipment. looks like its gets packed but its all good i like the gym in overall!!!

Only in town for a few days. Hector and Ralph were very nice and eager to accommodate me while I used the gym as a guest. The rest of the staff were polite and welcoming and I was very impressed with the size of the gym and quality and cleanliness of the equipment!

Worst place ever ,if i wasn't busting myself cleaning after the last lazy shift and after Ricky the supervisor , just being there a month i put in my two weeks i literally am the only guy cleaning btw I yes I clean the showers twice a week alone but hey i scrub that ish down good, im just to overworked to do everything that NEEDS to br done such as broken things for over a month since i began this trash job, ugh
Early mornings its empty but in the afternoon or evenings it's super packed; you can't even use the machines you want. I recommend going early mornings at 5am.

Out of the 20+ LA Fitness I have been to by far the worst! It definitely could be a 4 or 5 star rating LA but.. The staff is very unprofessional. Not to mention the cluster nightmare of trying to find dumbbells, plates , or easy bars. It's a mess nothing is ever organized nor together if it's even in the rack, you have to take trips around the gym several times looking for what you need. They have tons of weights and machines but poor poor upkeep and keeping things organized. Sad thing is this gym is 2 minutes down the road and I choose to drive 20 minutes to another location.
I called with questions about joining, I spoke to the manager, he said to come in and he would have one of the guys [forgot his name] who signs people up help me. I show up and I am told to take seat because he was busy, he finishes and he goes to the front counter....meanwhile I'm thinking ok he'll come talk to me....so he keeps chit chatting at the front. I waited 15 mins after he finished with the guys he was helping. I left and joined planet fitness. I'm willing to pay a fee and a higher monthly due but the service better be up there.
Mostly clean but it's horribly equipped, it seems there are almost more cardio machines out of service than actually functioning at any given time, and while it's not necessarily the gym's fault no one ever puts weights back so it can be a struggle to find them scattered about. I usually try to avoid this location if I can but sometimes it's the only that's convenient which is making me consider quitting and joining another gym without these problems.
Bad customer service. This club and their corporate office and their personnel. Dirty people lying as hell.
Dont go to their club. They are abusing their customers. Never use their personnel training. They are friendly and union till they put you in an contract then are worse to cancel that.
They are always available except when you are there to cancel your contract.
A few days ago i came to cancel training their personnel said that it has to be Robert to do that and he is not available now, I came at 6pm today, front desk registered me and confirmed with him to see me, he knew I am waiting for him, he left the club and his coworkers just said we sorry.
YOU KNOW THEM ONCE YOU ARE TRYING TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT.

I went to work out in the morning , and there was no one scanning cards in the front lobby , walked in to the gym when a girl yelled across the lobby calling me back rudly to scan my card , I didn't get her name but she had blonde hair.. Othere than that it was great
For a place that closes at night for cleaning and maintenance, there are way too many broken machines. And for the machines that ARE working, some have missing pins, which make the machines useless. Staff is friendly, though, and the space is pretty ample.
Perfectly fine gym with everything you need. I have been going here for a few years and the only real suggestion I have is they should purchase a 1-2 extra Olympic bars. More and more people are deadlifting or otherwise using them in weight training...and with the shuffle of bars during busy times, you frequently have to wait to grab one even if there is a rack or bench open.
This place gets pretty packed in the evenings I recommend working out in the morning. I do so before work and its better, the machines are not taken and there is available weights.
It's a gym. Pretty basic. The employees are pretty tight, no complaints there. Corporate needs to take better care of the gym though. Be nice to have somewhere or someone to give input to. Besides here.... so overall, it's nothing more than a gym.
It gets pretty crowded but there's plenty of machines in good shape. Some treadmills are always scheduled for maintenance so it gets hard to do cardio sometimes.
Too crowded and parking is not great at all. The crowd should be a clear indicator for more hours (open earlier, close later). My husband and I attend regularly but we are searching for a new gym.
I go here almost every day to make myself feel great to then be disappointed by how weak I am. Great gym, a lot of services to provide.
This is a great gym! The parking garage lanes are way too tight but the top floor usually has ample spots to park. Inside, there are multiple fitness classes per day & a pool with lanes. The front room contains what can only be described as a field of cardio bunny equipment, and the free weights room is the bomb (if you don't mind the dumbbells out of order). The guys who handle memberships are pretty straightforward in terms of what payment options can & can't be negotiated. I'd recommend this place!
