Great class! Workouts are tough and you will be sore the next day. I took the Toned down version of the class a few times before the actual class which is very helpful. I only go to the north end studio which is very nice. I would recommend going to the beginners class before the regular one as there are several moves and modifications they show you. Overall great experience.
The trainer here is very high energy and truly cares about you and cares about you reaching your fitness goals. The place also has enough training facilities. I recommend having your work out here!
I like this private gym. I usually go to hit the bag a couple of rounds followed by a free weight workout and a stretch. (No wait on any machine 10am-3pm) Everyone is friendly.
A great place to workout... a pretty good size facility, they have all the equipment that I like to get on. The staff is pretty knowledgeable on everything too.
A great fitness spot... I like to come here instead of the big chains.
This place stinks... AVOID
The worst gym you could ever sign up for. It's dirty. The machines are always out of order. There are no showers or locker rooms. And if you want to cancel, the management tells you that the only way to do so is to send them a letter and then that they haven't received your letter in the mean time you'll just keep getting billed without your consent. SERIOUSLY, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Crooks! They don't let you cancel your membership unless you write them a letter which takes them at least 2 weeks to receive. Then they keep charging you during this process and since you have a new balance by the time they respond they will say they can't cancel your membership until you pay for the time that has allotted.

I like the gym because it close to home. They have great trainers, and variety of classes. There's also a boxing ring. The employees and staff are friendly. They have an excellent food prep service to help you along your journey that is affordable.
Would give 5 stars but no locker rooms. Other than that, this place is perfect. Great people, great gym.
